whoops.ie is proud to have sponsored Tristan Quinn, a member of Kick Boxing Ireland, as he represented his country on the European stage at the 2025 WAKO European Youth Kickboxing Championships. The prestigious tournament took place from 29th August to 7th September 2025 in the vibrant city of Braga, Portugal, with competitions hosted at Forum Braga — the second largest venue in Portugal.
The championship brings together the next generation of kickboxing talent from across the continent, celebrating the values of discipline, respect, and sportsmanship that define the sport.
Braga itself is no stranger to world-class sport, having been named European City of Sport in 2018, and it provided a spectacular backdrop for Tristan’s bid for European glory. As Tristan stepped onto the mat representing Ireland, whoops.ie is delighted to have been a part of his journey, supporting a young athlete who embodies the dedication and courage it takes to compete at the very highest level of European kickboxing.
